Technically, Marvin is a short film produced by g2h Productions, a local Cleveland, film making company. The two Gs are Jeffery Grover and And Andrew Gorell, and the H is Steven Hacker. They do not have a website yet, so I can't link to it. But, here's a link to the Kickstarter project for Marvin. The fundraiser is over, and the film is in post production, but the Kickstarter page will tell you about the company and this film. Starting in late 2016, they will begin submitting the film to film festivals around the country.
